We ship predominately with UPS Mail Innovations, which utilizes the services of UPS and USPS to deliver your order.
If you do not have a mail receptacle and need your order shipped through UPS, please either:

While most customers receive their order between the 4th and 10th day of shipping, we can not guarantee that your order will be delivered by a certain date.
All shipments receive a tracking number. Please use your shipping confirmation with the tracking link to see the shipping details/history in addition to estimated delivery dates. Estimated delivery dates are only an estimate.
Domestic/US service to a single shipping address is a flat rate of $5.99 per order, no matter how large or how far it must travel.
Shipping to Canada or Mexico is a flat rate of $34.99 per order, no matter how large or how far it must travel. We do not currently ship outside of North America.
We reserve the right to substitute any out of stock item with a like or superior variety.
We reserve the right to delay re-shipment or refund of lost or missing parcels for a minimum of 14 days from original ship date and 10 days from the last tracking update.
We are not responsible for incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers at the time of purchase.
Shipments are not routinely forwarded by USPS. Packages Returned to Sender (Seeds 'n Such) for failure to forward or for invalid addresses provided by the customer will not be reshipped until the customer pays the additional shipping fees charged by USPS for the returned parcel as well as a second shipping fee to deliver to the correct address. We may choose to refund the order, minus the original shipping rate and the USPS imposed fee for returning the parcel to us.
We do not provide any alternate or expedited shipping services at this time.
We do not provide Phytosanitary Certificates for exporting our products.
For "Delivered" status shipments that were not delivered, please either visit or call your local post office right away to inform them that you did not receive the package they stated was delivered. Please provide them with the opportunity to correct the situation before we move on to other measures.
Once your order enters the process of fulfillment, we are no longer able to make changes to it. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact information provided above. If we are unable to change your order, we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
After being labeled for shipment, the customer may contact us to arrange a return. CLICK HERE to view our Warranty and Refund Policy.
Orders placed with Seeds 'n Such are immediately sent to preauthorization for the amount of the order, and can not be added to. If you need to add an additional product(s), we ask that you place a separate order.
