At Seeds 'n Such, we take pride in our high-quality, hand-selected products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Germination
- All of our seeds have been thoroughly tested and are guaranteed to meet the germination rate standards set by the Federal Seed Act.
- If your seeds do not germinate you must let us know within 45 days of receipt. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Our liability, for any reason, is limited to the amount of the purchase price, excluding shipping and in no case shall we be liable for more.
- Customer results may differ from ours due to variable growing conditions, which include, but are not limited to location, climate, soil composition, diseases, and pests.
- We cannot assume responsibility for the result of extreme weather, negligence, unforeseeable acts of nature, or ordering outside of your zone recommendations.
- When you order our products, you understand and agree to this limited warranty.
Returns / Exchanges
- All seed and plant sales are final. We will only accept returns or exchanges if the incorrect item was shipped or the product arrives damaged.
- If any of your items were damaged during shipping or dead upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
- Please contact our customer service team during business hours if there is a mistake with your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label only if said mistake was made on our end.
- Unopened supplies can be returned within 6 months from the original delivery date. Please include all contents and packaging when returning.
- No returns will be accepted for items purchased in previous seasons.
- Photos may be required to authorize certain returns, replacements, or refunds, of our choosing.
- The purchase price of the supplies will be refunded minus the shipping costs, and potentially with the inclusion of a 25% restocking fee.
- All shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
- We will process your refund as soon as we receive your return.

General Information
- When placing an order, please include a contact phone number and email address with all orders to help prevent mistakes and ease customer contact.
- If the wrong address is provided, a new order will need to be placed.
- No refunds or reshipments will be issued in this case unless the order is returned to us.
- An order cannot be canceled or modified once it has been prepared for shipping.
- Please note that we are not a wholesale company.
